ORDER AND DELIERY OF COMMODITIES


THE PRICE IS OBLIGATORY OLNLY WITH CONSIGNMENT (please add the amount of 5 zloty if the receipt of goods will be made in one of our shops)

1. Orders can be pleced through:

- online shop (the registration is required);
- e-mail: biuro@alkom.krakow.pl;
- telephone (012)427-04-00, (012)423-84-10.

2. The value of order is the value of purchased products (excluding shipping costs).
3. The main condition of realization of the order is to provide the personal data, phone number and e-mail address.
4. ALKOM company have a right to withdraw from fulfillment of order which is questionable.
5. Prices given in online shop are GROSS prices.

EVERY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS BOUGHT IN OUR COMPANY GETS THE PROOF OF PURCHASE (MARGIN INVOICE OR FISCAL RECEIPT, IN SOME CASES VAT INVOICE).
On most of our phones we issue the margin VAT invoices.

6. The clients which are VAT payers are obligated to provide all necessary data required to make out an invoice.
7. In case of mail-order sales, the ordered products is being provided under the address given in delivery order by the client.
8. Accessories are delivered by POLISH POST:

- cash on delivery (cost of 15 zloty);
- prepayment on account (cost of 10 zloty);

9. Mobile phones are delivered by DHL:

- cash on delivery (cost of 35 zloty);
- prepayment on account (cost of 25 zloty).

10. Inconsistency of delivery with placed order please notify on the date of receipt of goods.
11. The proof of purchase is being enclosed in every  consignment.
12. The charge of products which have been ordered should be settled either during the receipt of goods or on bank account.
13. The online shop clients have the right to inspect their private data, to making corrections and to make claim to stop their use.
14. In case of lack of goods in our stock, change of price etc. the customer is informed of this fact by telephone.
15. The orders for mobile phones which are out of stock are carried out to 10 working days.
16. The basis for complaint:

of accessories is included: Fiscal receipt
the basis for complaint of mobile phones is included: Warranty Card, Intact warranty seal

17. All complains will be CONSIDERED ONLY AT ORDERING PARTY EXPENSE.
The complains are handled within 14 working days.
We reserve the right to extend above mentioned deadline in special cases.
18. The cost of sale and exchange is covered by ordering party (we don’t collect cash on delivery parcels).
19. In case of orders which exceed 1.000 zloty the advance  of 10% of value of order is required - payment on account number 06 1050 1445 1000 0022 5348 9484.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?


1. The main condition of using the online shop is registration, that is filling the notification form where the account login and password is given by every client. After registration the system administrator will add new user to our database. From this moment on you can browse full offer of our company and place an order.
2. The goods in our online shop can be sorted by brand or category – it can be done using the switches in the upper-left side of our website. After choosing category the goods which are in it will be listed and displayed.
3. To proceed the transaction and purchase the selected good the white box in the form must be filed with the amount of goods. It causes the automatic display of the content of shopping cart.
4. The search engine was installed to facilitate and enhance finding the quested commodity.

WARRANTY FOR ACCESSORIES


1. All goods have been subjected to an initial quality control.
2. For all BLUE STAR batteries bought in our online shop we guarantee 10 month warranty, for all other accessories 2 month warranty.
3. The conditions which should be met when the client expect the recognition of warranty are:  intact guarantee seal and fiscal receipt or VAT invoice.
4. The defective product should be sent on client’s cost because ALKOM doesn’t collect cash on delivery parcels.
5. The defects of product discovered during the warranty will be removed free of charge.
6. The exchanges which are made within 14 working days from the moment of the complaint acceptance.
7. If there appeared any doubts we will use interpretations for the benefit of our customer.

WARRANTY FOR USED MOBILE PHONES


1. For all used mobile phones we guarantee 1-6 months warranty.
2. For all used mobile phone batteries we do not guarantee any warranty.
3. The return of cash for all used commodity won’t be considered – it can be either repaired or exchanged.
4. The defects of product discovered during the warranty will be removed within 14 working days from the date of acceptance.
5. The conditions which should be met when the client expect the recognition of warranty are:  intact guarantee seal and warranty card.
In case of default on any of listed above conditions the warranty won’t be considered.
6. The defective product should be sent on client’s cost because ALKOM doesn’t collect cash on delivery parcels.

WARRANTY FOR NEW MOBILE PHONES


1. All new mobile phones are covered by our company’s written warranty.
2. The duration of warranty depends on brand of mobile phone from 12 to 24 months. For all promoted mobile phones we guarantee shortened warranty from 1 to 12 months.
3. In most models the sim card blockade is unlocked. (The exceptions are models of mobile phones which the blockade can’t be removed).
4. In case of mobile phone with sim card blockade the phone remain in producer’s network and has a 24 moth warranty.

PURCHASE OF MOBILE PHONES


1. In order to sell us your mobile phone the “purchase-sell of used commodity agreement” need to be filled accurately and legible and put the legible signature in field “signature of seller”.
2. The agreement mentioned above should be sent on the e-mail address given in  the order.
3. The filled agreement with the mobile phone and bank account should be sent on client’s cost because ALKOM doesn’t collect cash on delivery parcels.
4. After receiving the package the technical and visual condition will be checked. If everything is matching with the description given by the client the proper amount of money will be sent on  client’s bank account. In any other case the mobile phone will be send back and the cost of delivery will be covered by the client.
5. In case when the customer doesn’t have the opportunity to print all the necessary documents they can be accurately manually rewritten.
6. The copy of the agreement signed by us will be resent by registered letter.

EXCHANGE OF MOBILE PHONE


1. In order to exchange mobile phone the “purchase-sell of used commodity agreement” need to be filled accurately and legible and put the legible signature in field “signature of seller”.
2. The agreement mentioned above should be sent on the e-mail address given in  the order.
3. The first step is to send the filled agreement with the mobile phone on client’s cost because ALKOM doesn’t collect cash on delivery parcels.
4. After receiving the package the technical and visual condition will be checked. Then we contact with the customer to determine the further conditions of the exchange.
5. After establishing the conditions of exchange the mobile phone bought in our shop is sent and the difference in cost of is covered by the client at the delivery.
6. If the value of client’s mobile phone exceeds the value of ordered product the due amount will be sent on client’s bank account.

MOBILE PHONE REPAIRS


1. the mobile phone should be sent on client’s cost because ALKOM doesn’t collect cash on delivery parcels.
2. Repairs will be carried up to 10 working days from the date of acceptance.
3. The deadline can be extended for reasons beyond our side.
4. For all repairs we guarantee a 6 week warranty.
